Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, effective from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a return.
Eligibility for Return To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at thegodlygadgets@gmail.com. If your return meets our criteria, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products like special orders or personalized items
- Personal care goods such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Customers If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
