Shipping Policy
GodlyGadgets partners with major international shipping companies like
FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers
- allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat rate world-wide shipping.
You will be charged when your order and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be cancelled. However, you have the option to return the item once you receive it. To initiate a return, please contact our support team as detailed in our Return Policy. Upon successful return of the item, we will process your refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
When you choose "Shipping Protection" at checkout, you are covered in the event that your order is lost in transit. Under this protection, you may opt to have the order reshipped or refunded. Please contact our support team for assistance with a lost order under the Shipping Protection plan.
Lost/Missing Packages
GodlyGadgets is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before submitting your order. If a shipping error is made on our part, we will take full responsibility and resend the original order at no additional charge to you.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
Customs
Please be advised that GodlyGadgets is not responsible for any customs fees incurred during international shipping. By purchasing our products, you consent to potentially incurring customs fees on one or more packages shipped to you. These fees are charged by your local customs office and are outside our control.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by location and do not include our 2-3 day processing time. Below are our estimated shipping times, which do not account for potential delays due to customs clearance:
- United States: 7-15 Business Days
- Canada, Europe: 7-15 Business Days
- Australia, New Zealand: 15-25 Business Days
- Central & South America: 7-15 Business Days
- Asia: 7-15 Business Days
- Africa: 15-30 Business Days
Please note: The maximum delivery time is 20 business days.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking may not be available immediately. If your tracking number does not show information within 5 business days of shipment, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Note on Tracking: "No Information Available At The Moment"
It may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the shipping company’s system. If it has been more than 5 business days from the dispatch of your order and tracking information is still unavailable, please reach out to our support team.
